Hi, I have booked a Moile phone "Blackcherry BL8000 with stylish watch Mobile" online at "Naaptol.com" vide order # "852650 dtd 7/10". But I have recieved a Damaged product and the same has been returned Immediatly on 19.10.2010. Till now I have not received the replacement nor any update/response from Naaptol. Please help me to get the replacemnet or refund ASAP would be greatly appreciated.
