We at Naaptol, are thankful to the kind attention drawn by Shri Agarwal Abhishek over his complaints on the product ordered through our organization. We would like to clarify:
1.We have already delivered the free gift promised. The logistics of free gift and mail product ordered are different, hence the time difference of delivery. We do apologize for the misunderstanding and the inconvienience created.
2.Though the product is functioning, we do take cognizance of the dissatisfaction and are working on solving the minor inconvienience.
