Faulty Non standard Car MP3 Playae

On 16th August I have ordered a Car MP3 player from Naaptol.com after seeing the advertisement in News paper. When I have received the same through courier after payment of money observed that it is a non standard material even many functions are not working. I have contacted Naaptol to return the material & return my Money. As per their instruction I have sent them the MP3 player. But till date they have not returned my money.giving false promises only...
