False commitments for delivery

I am Gautam Malhotra, writing to you regarding the false commitments made by NAAPTOL.

I placed an order for a mobile phone on the 5th Dec. and i received a mail stating that my order will be delivered in next 7 working days.

Its been 9 working day and they are saying that it will take another 7 days for them to get it delivered to me.

I request you kindly see into this matter and take necessary action.
