NAAPTOL
Boss E phone 3300

Sir,

I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 through Naaptol.com, Order Id is 146974...

& i got the same on dated 25/01/10...

But, i think that the same piece is defective.

Means the cell is not being started...

& i already contacted the customer care No. of naaptol but from there the person was told that to charge the mobile for atleast

2-3 hours...

I tried that also but the result is that, the mobile is not starting..

Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace or repair the same piece at the earliest...

Before that, many times i complaint in CONSUMER COMPLAINTS, but there are no response from your side

& pls. tell me the further procedure for the same...
