I had purchased a camera pen from Naaptol in August. It arrived, but defective in early September. I paid for the delivery and then returned it back for a replacement. Despite multiple reminders, and promises from the CEO level, still not received a replacement. Here is their last email:

Can someone from your side please follow-up on the expected date for

its delivery. If this will be past the month of October, I will need
