I had ordered for two X88 full touchscreen phones from naaptol. when i received the parcel, one of the phones had a crack on the screen and the touchscreen was not functioning. i tried calling the customer care a million times, but no response. when i finally got through them, the lady told me that, i had surpassed the touchscreen warranty period (which is 24 hours) and that she couldn't anything further. when i had placed an order, the advertisement in the newspaper said that the warranty period is for six months. either the naaptol people give me a new phone or return my money back. or else i'll move to the court and get them sued.
