Online purc hase of mobile handset not delivered even after a month

I purchased a mobile phone from www.naaptol.com using my credit card on 6th august '2011.Its now 8th september and i haven't received the product. I havegiven numerous alls to their customer care and they are only saying that order has been shipped wait for another 48 hours. I had never faced any problems ordering online products from other companies. This is the first time i have ordered a product from naaptol and not receiving it after one month even when i have paid the money with shipping charges. The most uglies thingis that even after giving numerous calls to the customer care they are not at all taking this seriously and just saying wait for 48 hours. This is really frustrating that a company is cheating customers like this. Please help me on this urgently
