NAAPTOL
Defective Goods

Electronics and household app.

Hello Sir,

I brought HTC-G1 3G Android Mobile on 07/01 from Napptol (which is a online selling company).

In a weeks time, i found that the mobile is not working and i spoke with the customer care team at Napptol and a complaint was launched with them. They have given a compliant Number 2287468 on 19/01 around 11.00 A.M.. It was informed to me that the product owner some Global Technology will call and resolve the problem within 48 hours But till nowt the same has not been resolved.

The product was a defective one and I spent 7280 for purchasing the same. If I would spend the same in a show room i would have bought a good one. The Phone is not working it is a defective one and it gets hot even speaking for 10 minutes. I want my cash back. The money for this product was paid by cash

I tried talking to Napptol customer care team atleast 20 times in this 1 month, everytime the pre-recorded message has been repeating but no customer care executive is picking. It seems they are cheating public.

I request your help in sort this problem with Napptol.

Regards,

Priya
