I have purchased Blackberry Storm 9530 on 20th jan online from Naaptol COD, The mobile kit consists of Faulty charger, however i started using by charging with laptop after 2 days screen gets blank and does not switchs ON, tried calling customer care and complaind they repiled saying 48 hours but no one responded tried calling again customer care officers says after 20min you can send the handset back we will get back to you on the status within 21 days

this is cheating on the customers by selling faulty handsets
