GIVING DUPLICATE MOBILE

I have orded sony ericsson w910i and i get it in four working days after getting the product i was shocked that the mobile was not orignal and the headset which u given is very poor in sound quailty not orignal and when i insert memory card the mobile get restart and while charging it's get heating befor that i own the four year old w910i till now it not showing that kind of symptoms only the panel get scratches so oniy i ordered the new one.
