Naaptol provided no infomation about the product how to be used before sale

Dear Sir,

My father purchased One mini laptop type uniserfer (Order No-3545981, deleviry date-15-03) for using internet to gift me. Now after reciving the Uniserfer we tried to connect to internet using Dongal of Realince/Tata indicom, but could not connected, than we called to Naaptol Customer care, they said that only Dongal model E 180 will be used to connect the internet, after this i have checked in market about the Dondel E 180, i was told that is Model is obsalute 1.5 years back & new models came in market, than i agained call to Naaptol Customer care & informed this & they said they can not anythigh reguarding this, i said them to provide the details from where i can get the Dongel compitable to the uniserfer or provide my Dngal & i will pay extra money.

Now they are saying try Dongal E220.

The problem is now they never informed us about this & sold the product & now not helping us to get it corrected.

Sir What to do now? Please help us as the product we have purchased of Rs.6000 is of no use for use now without the internet connection using Dongal.
