Misleading advertisement and wrong product

I recently bought the boss ephone 3300from your portal vide order no 282478.my experience has not been pleasant.first of all none of the indian telco service providers have compatible gprs/wap setting for this phone. so its meaningless to call it an ephone. secondly you guys sent me a phone with phone lock code different from what was mentioned in the user manual and upon calling your customer care, they had no clue and instead asked me to go to a mobile shop.and lastly, for any ephone supporting pcsuite is a must which is not available for this phone rendering this phone useless.
