Non-delivery of e-phone order no 40791

I ordered a e-phoneon 25 th August, order no. 40791[ order verified order no; 09082531016] I recieved the phone in 3 weeks. it was not functioning properly.the company asked us to return the phone by there own courier First Flight. We returned the e-phone by First Flight on 26th september 09, Consigner copy no. *D25762607* from New Delhi, Nehru place. the company has not issued any bill, vouchers. Till date we have not recieved the phone.strict action should be taken against this company, which is frequently advertising in leading newspaper- Hindustan Times and advetises that Hindustan times is joint patner of it's ventures.
