Screen goes off and battery not good

Dear Sir,

I purchased a BOSS SLIDER 360 thru naaptol.com, but it's not working good.it's screen goes off when i slides it up and down.mostly it happens to me. And it's battery also not working good.it goes off after 1-2 hour. I have send a mail regarding this to BOSS CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THERE OS NO ANSWER.it's in warranty time, so please do the needful
