Cheating in mobile accessory and mobile not working

i'm Akash.

i purchased Boss 33 - Ultra Sleek Mobile of Boss company of india from naaptol.com on 30 May. they deliver handset in just 3 days to my home but when i opened box i found charger pin is damaged, so i request to replace charger on 3rd june with request number 136601 they told me about 7-10 days to deliver new charger but then i again call customer care center for progress then each time they told me for next 7 days now after 8 days they also told for next 7-10 days...

so by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch.. and main thing is that boss company pass the defected product without fully checking all the items..

i got very very bad experience from naaptol.com never purchase things from naaptol.com
