Making false claims to sell product

For the past few days naaptol.com is carrying out an online and a newspaper advertisement to sell Mobile handset of Blackberry model no. 8830 which they claim to be compatible to CDMA GSM network. This is a false claim as the handset is not compatible with OMH SIM cards supplied by the CDMA service providers like Reliance which is one of the leading CDMA service providers in the country.

The ads of Naaptol.com which are carried out online and on newspapers do not mention this important incompatibility and me being unaware of the same purchased this handset from naaptol.com and now my money seems to be completely wasted as I am not able to use this handset with my CDMA OMH SIM card and on contacting Reliance Mobile stores they mentioned that the non OMH SIM Cards have been discontinued by the company long back.
