No Product delivered despite Payment made

I had placed Order for from naaptol.com for handset. The payment was made through netbanking, its all now 7 days and the product still not recieved. Further, frustated I cancelled the Order... and Still the Order status shown in their portal is "This order is being processed! Order payment is received, order will be dispatched soon.".

Still Chasing them for my refunds.

My ADVICE: Do not buy and thing from them, AS you can see already lots of Complaints already Lodged.
