Cheating and fraud by naaptol.com

I recently bought a Wespro 8MP digital camcorder (DV540) from naaptol.com. @Rs.3499/- Rs. 200 (Shipping Charges) my order no. is (290888) But after receiving product I found that the product is not worth it as they say it has 8 mega pixel camera. it's quality worst than 1 mega pixel.

I am a victim of cheating and fraud by naaptol.com These NAAPTOL.COM PRODUCTS are TOO BAD and their CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS DEFINITELY THE WORST POSSIBLE!!! I've had a terrible time with Naaptol.com and would not recommend it for other online buyers. JUST PATHETIC service.

Also suggest me how to nail Naaptol.com for this fraud.
