Naaptol/Green Apple MP3 and MP4 Player
Defective product delivered, no refund even after sending the product back

Dear Readers,

My order no at "Naaptol" is 198987

I was promised or probably lied a refund against a defective Mp3 player worth 2099.INR delivered from Naaptol to me, after going through lots of hassles & numerous calls to Naaptol, they finally advised me to send the product back to them (POD attached with this complaint). The product was delivered to them on 20/03 (as mentioned in POD), since then I have still been waiting to receive refund from Naaptol.

Tried every thing in the book to make them spare attention on my case but employees over there it seems just don't give a damn, even tried warning them about "Consumer Complaints" but they just wont care especially these three people mentioned below, they claim to be head of some department,

Ms. Geeta Baghel

Ms. Minal. Vichare

Mr. Murgan

Emailing them is totally out of question because receiving a reply from them is never going to happen.

Please consider the fact that its been more then six months that I have been waiting to receive the refund from Naaptol but in vain there are no actions from their side, Hence I request Naaptol to please keep their promis & do the needful at earliest. Also request them to quiet making consumers go through such troubles by sending them quality products, by quality products I don't mean third class Chinese products.
