Attery not working more than two hours

I purchased one mobile phone from naaptol through credit card payment vide order no 369860.First they never told me that they will not send the product only after sending a fax of my photo identity. For that they hold my order even after getting the payment. Secondly they encouraged me to make the payment through credit card for the gift of a pair of watch worth rupees 1000/-but they never gave the watches. After using the product, battery is not working for more than 3 to 4 hours. Even after two complaints i did not get the battery. I wasted my 3999/-rupees. NEVER BUY PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL.
