Delivery of Deffective Product (Spy Pen 16GB)

I have made online order No.760891 Dt.14.09.2010 with NAAPTOL for spy pen 16GB. The vendor is M/s Aditya Infoteck Haridas Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad-500095. Challan No. 4555501.Courier Co.handed over the delivery of goods after taken the Rs.1750/- on 24.09.2010. I Checked the spy pen, and found that it was not working. I immidiate called to customer care No. 09223516148 and complained of goods. He sugested me in a formal way that I can returned this piece through Blue Dart Courier without spending any amount. I went at aforesaid Courier Co., but they have totally refused. I, again contact to consumer care (09223516148) and after all they backed in hole, and not giving proper response to consumer.
