Cancellation of order on the same day

I ordered for spy pen with order No.1114105 on 15-12 and got it cancelled request No.399618 on the same day on hearing that many products received are defective and seeing the complaints on website. The customer care executive Mr Jagadeesh at 3 53 pm informed that it will be processed for cancellation. However on enquiry on 17th of December i.e.todayI was informed that the product was ready for shipment. I want and request for cancelltion only. I sent feed back also to this extent. Naaptal may please look into and get the order cancelled and refund money to credit card account.
