Not working-no replay

Dear sir,

thank you to send spy pen 16gb, order number 160238.

the product was very good and it is working nicely.

here i would like to inform that i can take video recording for 5 to 8 minutes only then immeditatly battery comes to dead.

could yo suggest me about this technical problems. even charged for 48 to 50 hours, battery life was 5 to 8 minutes, could you solve this problems.

if any servicing center of naaptol in bangalore. Since then i have made a number of calls to 9223516148. Every time they take my mob. no. and say that they would call back.

But no one has called me as yet. moreover they deny giving complaint id.

Kindly register a case.
