Touchscreen phone was purchased from Naaptol (Order No- 2477848) based on their ad in newspapar, faulty product was recevied and post making complaint via emails to ceo@naaptol.com, i was asked to return the faulty product to Mr. Srihari... Product was delivered on 23th Jan and today post 15 days there is no response even from NAAPTOPN team or their vendor Aditya Info-tech,

would inform all not to buy any products from NAAPTOL, just their low pricing is attracting everyone, would suggest all to carefully read terms and conditions with product specifications.
