Defaulted cellphone

I purchased fujezone dualsim touchscreen handset and still after getting repaired 3 times at nacamichi delhi, I am now also facing certain problems like, disconnecting of call, battries, display screen, tochpanel, bluetooth, sound speaker, etc.i am sending back the handset the 4 th and last time now otherwise i have to take Legal actions because so many peoples are facing the same problen as i read at consumer complaints.so now i am sure that the handset only is defaulted. The company must replace the handset after rectifying the problems by experts or at the research and develpoment bill, or should return the money to me and to other customers also...
