Nakshtra 5 litre cooker
Not supporting on induction

I purchased an induction cooker 5 liter of nakshatra model it is not supporting on my induction of havels company

my induction is having no problem its psb coil and sensor is all right.

i contact the sales deparment employe named deepak (9415163936) he advised me to send ab email to the company about this problem.

so please kindly give me any solution urgently.
