Eturned the product a spy pen in not working condition and requested for return of money. No money is received so far even a lapse of above 3 months

I have placed an indent for supply of Spy camera pen from NAPTAL through hone no.09223451000 and I have received it in order no.650281on 12-08. It is found it is not in working condition I have returned the product on 21-08, mentioned the reason that the " product is not in working condition and not up to the mark as per the advertisement in news paper."The company esquired about my personal account detailes and address etc and informed that the money will be returned with in a weak. Even after a lapse of 3 months of it happed I did not received any money. Regulary I am calling NAPTAL in phone no.09223516148 for my money. Every time the company is telling that your money will be returned with in a weak.

Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action send my money back with the calling charges and damage I bare since 4 months.
