Mobile handset returned to company. but my money is not returned

Vide order no. 3424991, I purchased a mobile handset for Rs.2999 with money back guarantee as per

Company advertisement on tv.the hanset was defected so i returned the handset.

They send me back again the same hanset in which bluetooth was missing.i again sent it back and requested

For refund .they committed that within 21 days refund would be done .now two months have

Gone and my money is lying with them.i have spent so much money to call them.

In addition i have paid 800 rupees to courier charges and have faced lot of harrassment

.kindly take some action and do needfull to provide resolution.
