Wheat not being grinded properly

Sir,

We purchased Nataraj Aata Maker from Mahaveer Electronics in September and have regretted since then. In about four months we had to call for repairs for atleast 3 to 4 times as the wheat was not being grinded properly.

On 13.2.12 also we faced the same problem and when we called at the customer care centre the girl attending was very arrogant.

We fail to understand why the machine is giving similar problem when it is purchased only four months back.
