Defective Chapathi make

Respected Sir, I have purchased one in number chapthi maker machine (make-National) from Ruby Home holders, (Thylan Building ist floor SRM Road, Cochi-18 Email-rubychapathimaker@gmail.com) on 11 Dec 11 vide the Order no KTM 6285.

2. After five to six days of work it got damaged. i have contacted the customer on mbl no 9495055751/ 9072799571.

3. After six seven attempt once they picked up my call and assure that they will visit my home for replacement of the defectivemachine. After that already two month passed awayneither nobody visited my home nor they have contacted to me.

4. Request necessary action
