Sansui LCD motherboard not replaced

Hi,

My name is Antony. D (9790903102). My Sansui LCD (26 inch) had a display problem last monday (2.08.2011). So i called just dial and got this electronic number and told them to come and check.when they reached my home I was at my office. They told there is a board mistake so they want it my LCD to take back to their showroom (mentioning the cost would comes around Rs. 2000 approximately) and I said yes. Then they have taken my LCD and now they are saying entire mother board is not working and that must be replaced with new one for that charge would be Rs. 6500 (inc of service charge). They are not giving back my old mother board. These guys are not good...

Dont ever go to national electronics, vadapalani, chennai.if there is any problem with your electronic products...
