Delaying in proper service

Sir:

i hasmukh patel purches natraj atta maker on 21 aug.'10. from vijay raj sales, raopura, vadodara. On 25 sep i complain for not working of it.the complain no. is 1912. so they check after i mad 2-3 cal on 5 0ct. & told that cerciut is failed. they promise to change with in 2 days.after that we made more 5-6 cal so on 10 oct. they came with wrong cercuite & promise to change on next day. today it's 12 & no one came to provide proper service.each time we r not setisfied with them. With in 1 month it's cercuit was failed what about future?

so please help us.
