Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Ranjan Chandra working in Live India News Channel, bought a brand new Voltas window 1.5ton Ac from Navrang Audio Video Pvt Ltd, Laxhmi Nagar, Delhi on 16th April. When it install at my home through Navrang's Staff, it was not working. When I complain about this to Navrang they said its not his responsibility, talk to company. When I contact to Votas customer care he said his engineer came after 3 days. Voltas Engineer came and Said its compressor is not working so it will go to service centre. After a day at evening engineer came with repaired ac. When I saw AC its completely in poor condition. from Front to back it was broken. He is not agree to change AC. I paid for new ac but from first day he gave me Old ir Repaired AC. AC is as it is at my home, it is not installed. What I do? My Contact no is 9818408795 / 011-22628952.
