N B teleshopping pvt ltd
Wrong delivery of product

I, Bharat Shinde, ordered a digital camera for Rs 5, 500/- through N B Teleshopping pvt ltd, but recieved a mobile of poor quality. The package opening & the voice comn with the dealers is recorded with me.

i want either the money to be paid back or the right product to be delivered on priority pl.

Also the customer care for the same is not responding.

pl guide me to avoid the cheating done by the co.
