Old Hand Set

I purchased a mobile hand set through online shopping from Ncarry.com vide Order ID 4f42565396637 on dated 20-02 but upon the delivery of the product, I found that it was used mobile / second hand and heavily scratched and the screen is vibrating even before I used it. It was also missing the SD card as per written over the box while customer executive told me that all will be delivered as per containing over the box.

I forwarded my complaint to support@ncarry.com but there is no reply from their side.
