Domestic Flourmill

Sir/Madam,

We have purchased one nos. Neelam Domestic Flourmill for 1.5 HP on 02.04.2010 from M/s M.Patel Mart agst. Estimate bill No. Nil dt.02.04.2010 of Rs.70000/- and pymt. made by cheque of HDFC Bank but materil not recd. as per estimate bill so we will advice to our bank for STOP PAYMENT. Due to Stop Payment dealer consider new price for domestic flourmill for 1 HP and we have issue new cheque of Rs.5200/- but this time they not given bill.

After some time we are facing problem for running flourmill and we lodged complant at dealer shop but dealer not provide us services as well as bill for the machine.

Then we informed to Commercial tax Officer under copy ot Dy. Commissner, Chhindwara but we can't recd. any reply form their side.

One more thing we are share with you that we have broucher of M/s Shreeji Industries, Ahmedabad, Manufactured of Neelam Domestic Flourmill.

Pl.advice what can we do.
