Non availability of service centre

Acer is a reputed company in the field of notebooks .now it has started selling pocket pc india .but it don't have a service centre india .it is shameful for such a reputed company not to satisfy its customers .they have given contract to some private companies they aren't bothered at all.they should have a service centre of their own.
