Egarding service

I bought an Air conditioner last year around july from new alco, mulund (W). during the time of purchase the dealer promised to give 3 service of AC including two dry and 1 wet service but the dealer only provided me 2 dry service till date. he declines saying that there is no wet service in his 1 year contract which he said during the time of purchase and even hasnt completed his 3 services in a year. morever he uses abusive words over the phone when i try to talk over this matter. please help.
