Deficiency of Service

Electronics and household app.

I bought Acer Liquid S100 phone on 12 sept and Phone was registered. It was working though some features were not functioning properly, battery problem, some SMS features. It blanked out completely on 16 Nov after 2 months of use.

Phone was given for repairs at Acer Authorized Service centre, they said within 7 working days phone would be ready. They found out that phones PCB was not working hence service put the requisition for PCB but it was not available with the company. I asked them if the required part is not available then issue me a new phone, for which they said its not a company policy or it will be decided by the company. I asked then, when the company would decide, for that they had tricky answer, very soon in couple of days.

I called them many times but their answers were rude and quite unsatisfactory. Till date I haven't received my phone yet ie 17th Dec. I hope the matter would be resolved soon with this complaint.

I am really shocked the company like Acer would fail to deliver their services and spoil their reputation.
