Hi,

This is with regard to the purchase of Samsung 40” 6series LED TV at Next outlet at Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil nadu. I had a very bad experience there and it has caused me losses also infact, interms of losing my new year offer from Samsung againt this product now.

It started like this, I have booked this TV on 31st Dec with a prepayment of Rs.29, 270/- and balance in installment through Sriram finance and the same go approved the same evening after all the verifications. Evening I checked with the sales guy Magesh and he ensured to deliver the TV the next day I.e. on 1st January and I waited till that evening and checked with them and they still said that it would be delivered by 11:00Pm the same day and finally it got postponed to the 2nd jan by his Manager Gopi. Again it went on to that evening by giving reasons as Samsung has no stock with them and they are arranging from Mumbai and it will reach me on 4th jan which also failed by them by providing one more commitment to deliver the TV on 6th jan along with additional gift to me. 6th also they failed by saying that they received that material at their store at Purashavakkam bu they didn’t have driver to pick up and they said for sure they will deliver on 7th Jan and the same story was repeated on 7th Jan also and finally I got to know that they didn’t have fund to get from their store and hence the delay. Hence I cancelled my order and got my prepayment from them.

Is this the way a customer to be treated, the day I went there to cancel the order, could see about four of other customers also finding the same problem with them with improper and irrelevant answers to them. I am so frustrated with this type of bad deliverable and bad commitment from Next and it has infact spoiled the new year begining to me. So, dear ones pls do not go to NEXT and spoil your intrest on buying a product for your sweet home.
