Not providing proper service as per promice

Espected sir i mrs neelam y patel have purchased AC-VIDE-SPLIT-1.0 T-VGS33 3STA, From next retail with billno 3420400376, on date 08/05. at the time of purchase the term was that they were do proper fitting of same. after few times we come to know that it is not properly fitted and tilted, and because of it it drains water in side of room insteat of draining through pipe, and we are in fear of that it will fall any time. we are complaining the show room since 45 day through phone and personaly. every time they are telling us that company man will come within 48 hours, but they didnot come yet. we have phone for 15 to 16 times and go personaly there for three time. please do some thing. the address of the show room is NEXT RANDER ROAD, SURYIPUR SOCIETY, RANDER ROAD, RUSHABH CHARRASTA.
