Change of Sony LCD Tv

Electronics and household app.

Dear sir,

I purchased the sony LCD Bravia TV on 27th March Model NO. KLV-32BX300-USB from NEXT retail (011-27355527) shop, pitampura, new delhi-34 . The salesman Mr. Manish had delivered us the LCD which was displayed in the showroom for a long time and has scratches on all over it's front panel. We told about the same to the delivery man but he said that ask for it to the persons in showroom, they will send the another one. After that we called in the showroom, and they complained in Sony but the engineer from Sony said that it is the NEXT's dealers fault. Then we immediately told the same to the Showroom (Mr. Manish also), After knowing this, they said - OK, bring it to the showroom and we will change it and give us a date for changing it but when we call on the given date, they even not treated us as a consumer and gives us a new date to come. Everytime we call in their showroom on given date, they says that come after two three days, right now we don't have lcds to change in stock.

Now I just want to replace my LCD with new one as soon as possible or I want my money back, which is the last option you left for me.

Thanks

With Warm regard

Pooja Singhal
