Fraud against payment charge

I have purchased the above mentioned item from your shop as the address give below on 01st Sept’11 through my HDFC Credit card on monthly EMI (12 months) basis but due to their mistake charged they made it for half yearly basis. Even on the slip it is showing EMI for 12 months but in my credit card statement its showing for 06 months only. Regarding same I have already spoken to the responsible person (Mr. Sengupta) but till now I haven’t received positive response from them. I am following it up last couple of week’s time and called them up several time but always they give me some xyz excuses. Please note my complaint against the above mentioned details.
