Cheating done by the next showroom by giving duplicate washing machine

Hi

I currently purchased washing machine from next showroom.. they delivered the used machine to us. when the person of whirlpool came to show us a demo of the machine he told us that the machine is used machine and u should demand for fresh machine.

When i informed the same to next showroom instead of getting changed they started using abusive language and told k they will not exchange it do whatever you want to do..

I really want some action against them..
