Misbehaviour by Sales Manager of NEXT

Hi,

I have purchased one Samsung fridge from Next Showroom at Vashi, Navi Mumbai before one month. I have spoken to Sales Manager (Mr. Mukesh - 9869336610) and he told me that he'll deliver the fridge next day and i got it. He also told me that he'll also deliver fridge stand. But he didn't delivered me fridge stand till date. I called him 7-8 times and he said to me that i'll deliver it to you by tomorrow. But he didn't delivered me yet. Yesterday he was supposed to delivered it and he called me at 11 PM in night to confirm the address.

Please let me know why i didn't revived my fridge stand yet. Why i have to call him 7-8 times just for a fridge stand.

I didn't get my fridge stand till date and that person has no regret regarding this. I am mentally very stress because of this.

Please take an appropriate action from your end.
