Faulty installation

I bought a Videocon Split AC from the Next Retail Shop on 30/04 which was installed on 03/05 by the engineers sent from Next. There is water coming out of the AC vent because the drain pipe was not fitted properly. I complained about it to Next and they sent an engineer from Videocon who told me that the drain peiple was not at the right position so instead of water draining out from the pipe its coming out of the AC vent due to overflow. He fixed the problem and said it wont happen again. But just after a couple of hours again the water started coming out of the vent. I received a message from videcon saying if you are not satisfied an SMS to a given number as a result of which the videcon customer serive called me up and said they will be sending another engineer to look into it. The next another engineer from videcon cam and again he did something with the drain pipe and said the water wont come out anymore but I asked what if it does and he replied if the problem persists you will need to call the engineer sent by Next who installed the AC. Again after a couple of hours water started coming out and i called up the engineer who installed the AC. They came the next day and tried to drill a hole in the wall but could not do and then shortened and straightened the drain pipe saying that now i will not face problem but to my surprise it again started so i called up the engineer and told him that the problem is persisting so he said he is on a leave on saturday 14/05 so he will come on sunday and will make sure that its the first thing he will do in the morning but he never turned up. I called him on his mobile but he did not answer the call so I called up next and they said somebody will be here by 6pm on sunday to fix the problem but again nobody turned up so I finally decided to submit a complaint against the company. Please look into my problem and take some serious action against the Next Retail Shop as I bought the AC from there and I believe its there duty to get the problem fixed. I hav an AC at home for more then last 2 weeks but I cant make use of it because of the problem so please help. This problem has given me a lot of tension and Next is responsible for this so I appeal for justice.
