Rusting and falling off

I have been trying to reach the customer care number for NIRLEP and no one has been picking it up.

I purchased a Nirlep Goldline 4 Burner Gas Stove during Aug from Big Bazaar in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Few months back, one of the burners (the left one on the back) started emitting gas smell and I stopped using that burner altogether.

Last week, another burner (the right one on the back) rusted and fell off.

The entire stove looks rusted and old. All this, after the stove being treated very carefully and being cleaned regularly. To think that this stove has been purchased less than two years back is really surprising.

I am really disappointed in this product and would like to see what can be done to resolve this situation.
