I have purchased a Brother Co's MFP Printer DCP 165C model from Compu Media System, Uttarpara Hooghly since purchased the said printer a lots of problems arising and I have not getting proper service from the printer. Time to time I have lodged complaint to Brther Co's for replace or by back the said printer because mechanics of the said Co intimated the Printer head problem and which was required to replace. But so many correspondance the Brother Co. sent a quotation for cost of printer head of Rs 4000/- aoorx. During warranty period the Co. have to bound to replace the same free of cost although above mentioned printer model actual purchase cost is Rs.5200/- when a Printer head cost Rs.4000/- I have requested to Consumer Forum, Kolkata office and they are sent my appeal to Chinsura, Hooghly but they are not taken any action till date and already laps of one year. Request for taken needful action immediately please. As per your requirement I have submit the required all documents for ready reference.
