Sub: Replacement of Element

Dear Sir,

I am an old customer of Nokia Brand and have recently bought Noikia C6-01 BLACK, dated-18/5 vide invoice number ; 122/34393 from HOME TOWN, NOIDA.

I am surprised to draw your attention that ever since I bought this phone the same is giving trouble, the phone gets switched-off while not in use and screen gets jammed while using, it seems the touch technology has some technical flaw.

I would request your representative to kindly replace the same with a new version to avoid any further inconvenience.

Hope an early revival and solution from my sufferings.
